Embark on a journey of self-discovery with our Shadow Work Workshop. Led by experienced practitioners, these healing sessions will guide you through the process of delving into your subconscious and unlocking the power of your inner self. Whether you're new to shadow work or looking to deepen your practice, our workshop offers a supportive and transformative experience. My name is Leah and I have been on my shadow work/witchcraft journey for 12 years. I've spent 30 years in therapy both spiritual and mental health. I am also studying for a degree in Philosophy and Psychology. I am now offering my knowledge to help others start their own healing journeys, don't forget this is an investment in you! Every Thursday at 8pm we be on zoom working together to learn how our actions and emotions connect to traumas we have experienced, we will delve into identifying our triggers and seeing the patterns in our own behaviour, so we can begin to heal, so we can become our best version. Once payment has been received each week, you will receive an email link to join the weekly zoom session.
